2) Stress Reduction
The photo above is my keychain travel kit, on our flight down for winter vacation. The Lavender was indispensable for my son's take-off jitters on the airplane (a drop in his palms to inhale as needed), and the Wild Orange came in handy concealing the aroma of the airplane restrooms!
3) Cold Symptoms
While away, my husbands congestion might have kept us all up all night, but with 3 drops of Breathe and 2 drops of Lavender in the diffuser (that I packed in the suitcase for the hotel room, of course), he felt better and we all slept peacefully. I also must mention the Breathe throat drops - all natural, great tasting, and helping with cold symptoms with the blend of lemon, eucalyptus, peppermint, and now cardamom!
4) Dental Health
Oil "pulling" with a blend of coconut oil and Clove oil is a great way to support dental health. Just add one drop of clove oil to a Tablespoon of coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth for about 10 minutes, then spit it out. Sounds strange I know, if you've never tried oil pulling, you're in for a treat. Clove oil is an antiseptic and antioxidant powerhouse that will leave your whole mouth feeling fresh and clean!
Speaking of dental health, have you tried DoTERRA Natural Flouride-Free Whitening toothpaste? I personally am very sensitive to any whitening toothpaste on the market, I can't use them at all without intense discomfort in my gums. This one is different.
